- Grind Garlic, Onion, Ginger, Cilantro, Coconut, Tomatoes and Turmeric Powder into paste and keep aside.
Cooking Procedure
- Heat oil and golden fry the chopped onions.
- Add lamb meat pieces, fry for about 2 minutes.
- Add Coriander powder, dry chilly powder, fry for 1 minute.
- Add ground paste masala.
- Add salt to taste.
- Add sufficient water and allow to cook till meat is tender.
Serving Ideas
- Goes well with Rice preparation or any of the Roti varieties.
Variations
- By adding 1 cup of creamy curds finally gives a totally different khorma finish to the preparation.
- Roasted Cashew nuts may be added for enrichment.
