Preparation

  • Grind Green Chillies, Coconut, fried Chana dal and Jeera into a Masala paste.

Cooking Procedure

  • Heat oil and add Jeera, Curry leaves, Saswe, Chana and Urid Dals for seasoning.
  • Add Pumpkin pieces and let the preparation remain on stove for two minutes.
  • Add masala paste and water and let the preparation cook until Pumpkin is soft.
  • Add Majjigw (Butter Milk) - to the above and let cook for two minutes and remove from stove.
